Age Verification: pakrummy takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. All Accounts are subject to age verification before withdrawal of funds is permitted. The Company reserves the right to suspend an Account and withhold funds pending satisfactory completion of age verification at any point.
You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your Account, including all bets placed and transactions initiated. You must keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details — strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party.
pakrummy will never contact you to request your password by any means including email, live chat, or telephone. If you receive any such request purporting to be from pakrummy, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.
If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pakrummy support immediately. The Company accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurs prior to such notification, where the unauthorised access was facilitated by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
pakrummy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by its licensing obligations. In the event of a closure not attributable to a Terms violation, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method.
The Platform accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. Current available methods are displayed on the deposit page within your Account.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance within the timeframe stated for each payment method. pakrummy is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
All funds deposited on the Platform must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. You must not use payment methods belonging to, or shared with, any other person. Deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources may be reversed and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.
pakrummy does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which pakrummy bears no responsibility. Currency conversion is not applicable as the Platform operates exclusively in PKR.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name that has been previously used to make a deposit to your Account, or to a verified bank account in your name. The Company reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
Before any withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:
Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are stated in the Platform's banking information section. pakrummy targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within the stated timeframes but cannot guarantee delivery times that are dependent on third-party payment processors or banking networks.
Segregated Funds: All player funds held on the Platform are maintained in segregated accounts separate from the Company's operational funds. This means your deposited balance is protected and not used for Company operating expenses.
pakrummy offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

All games available on the Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a bet or participating in any game on the Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
Game outcomes on the Platform are determined by independently certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game elements conducted by a licensed live dealer studio. The Company does not manipulate game outcomes.
In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game round, the Company's system logs will be used as the definitive record of game outcomes and bets placed. In cases where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical failure, the Company will endeavour to settle the round fairly based on available data. The Company's decision on disputed game outcomes is final, subject to any formal complaint procedure.
Cricket betting and all other sports betting markets are subject to additional sports betting rules published on the Platform, including rules governing void bets, postponed events, and in-play betting disputes.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:
Fraud & Financial Crime: pakrummy maintains anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with its international gaming license requirements. The Company is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities. All large transactions and unusual activity patterns are subject to enhanced due diligence review.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and data compilations, is the property of pakrummy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the Platform without the express prior written permission of pakrummy. You must not use any automated means to scrape, index, or harvest data from the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pakrummy's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pakrummy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Where a material change is made, the Company will endeavour to provide notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent version was published. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pakrummy holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of the courts of the licensing territory, as applicable.
